Our Story
ACfH was born from experiences of conflict and genocide. Founded by Paul Mutama Sebasaza and Marie Blanche, the organization aims to empower communities affected by war and genocide. Paul’s personal experience in the DRC and Blanche’s survival of the Rwandan genocide shaped their vision for building peaceful and prosperous communities.

Vision: A world where survivors of conflict and genocide are empowered, communities are healed, and future generations live peacefully.
Mission: ACfH provides support, education, and empowerment programs for those affected by war and genocide in Rwanda and the Great Lakes region.

Rwanda’s history and post-genocide recovery make it the ideal location to implement peacebuilding and empowerment initiatives. The country provides a safe environment, strategic location, and a society ready for reconciliation and community healing.
