Privacy Policy

At ACfH, our policies are born from lived histories of genocide, war, and displacement. We believe that peace cannot be sustained without addressing the root causes of violence, healing trauma, and empowering communities.

Our Four Policy Priorities

1. Peace Education & Reconciliation

  • Develop and deliver peace curricula in schools.

  • Facilitate community dialogues and reconciliation workshops.

  • Train young leaders to champion non-violence and civic responsibility.

2. Supporting Survivors of Genocide and Violence

  • Provide psycho-social support and trauma counseling.

  • Empower survivors with vocational skills to rebuild their lives.

  • Promote justice, memory, and dignity through storytelling and advocacy.

3. Refugee & Displacement Empowerment

  • Offer practical skills training to refugees and displaced persons.

  • Support entrepreneurship programs for self-reliance.

  • Foster social inclusion to reduce stigma and marginalization.

4. Regional Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with organizations across Rwanda, DRC, Uganda, Burundi, and Kenya.

  • Share best practices in conflict prevention and peacebuilding.

  • Create cross-border projects that bridge divides and foster unity.
